Kaisō Return Policy

At Kaisō, we do our best to make sure you're happy with your product. Still, it can happen that an order doesn't meet your expectations. Below you'll find how returns work.

Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within these 14 days via info@kaisohealth.com. After your notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Conditions for returning

  • The product is unopened.

  • For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept opened food supplements back, unless the product is defective or damaged. This is a legally permitted exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return after opening for health protection reasons.

  • The product is returned together with (a copy of) the invoice or order number.
