Shipping costs

Orders of €50 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of €3.95 applies. This amount is always clearly shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Order processing

Once your order and payment have been received, we get straight to work. We do our best to prepare orders for dispatch on the same or the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

We work with an external delivery partner. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can normally expect your order within 1 to 3 working days.

Please note: this is an estimate. During busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our delivery partner's control, delivery may take a little longer.

Delivery address

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order — we are unable to make changes after the order has been shipped. If you notice an error in the address you provided, email us as soon as possible at info@kaisohealth.com and we will check whether we can still make the change.

International shipping

At this time, we ship within the Netherlands only.
