1. Placing an order
You order directly through the webshop. Once you have completed your purchase, we will immediately send you a confirmation by email. Payment is processed via trusted, secure methods such as iDEAL and credit card. All prices shown on the site include VAT.
Your order is final once payment has been received. If something goes wrong during checkout, feel free to email us at info@kaisohealth.com and we will sort it out together.
2. Shipping
Our packages are shipped with an external delivery partner. After placing your order, you will receive a track and trace code so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. You can normally expect your package within 1 to 3 business days.
If something is not right with your delivery, send an email to info@kaisohealth.com and we will look into it for you.
3. Returns
Not completely satisfied? No problem, it happens.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Returns are only accepted for unopened products.

Please email us in advance at info@kaisohealth.com so we know to expect your return and can provide you with a return label.

Return shipping costs are covered by us — returning your order is free of charge.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Did something arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
4. What our products are and are not
Our products support a healthy lifestyle, but are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. They are also not medicines.
We aim to inform you as accurately and honestly as possible, but nothing on our website should be understood as medical advice. Are you pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or do you have a medical condition? Always consult a doctor or specialist before using any of our products.
5. Liability
Always follow the instructions on the packaging. If you choose to combine a product with other supplements or medication on your own initiative, or use it in a way other than intended, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
We keep the information on our website as accurate and up to date as possible, but cannot guarantee it is entirely free of errors. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such errors, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
